Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court has approved an 8-day physical remand of Shah Reez, son of Aleema Khan, sister of Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan, in the Corps Commander House attack case on May 9, 2023.
Lahore Police presented the accused Shah Reez Khan, arrested from Zaman Park, in the Anti-Terrorism Court yesterday and requested a one-month physical remand.
Lahore accused Shah Reez Khan’s lawyer, Salman Akram Raja, had opposing the granting of physical remand, after which the court reserved the decision.
Later, the Anti-Terrorism Court rejected the police’s request for a one-month remand and granted Shahrez Khan an 8-day physical remand.
It should be noted that Aleema Khan had said yesterday that 4 armed men had kidnapped her son Shahrez.
Later, the police confirmed the arrest of Aleema Khan’s son Shahrez. Police officials said that Shahrez has been arrested in the case of May 9, 2023.
