Narowal: Hundreds of people were affected by floodwater in the Ravi, Chenab, and Sutlej rivers across Punjab. Water also entered Kartarpur. The rivers overflowed. Flood water erosion in the areas of Shahdara, Sahiwal, Noorshah, and Chichawatni of the Ravi River. Extremely high flood at the head of Marala Khanki and Qadirabad in the Chenab. Floodwater entered the areas of Ganda Singh Head Islam, Kasur, Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Multan, and Vehari along the Sutlej River. The affected people are being taken to safe places. Seven districts of Punjab are affected by the floodwaters, including Kasur, Sialkot, Bahawalnagar, Akara, Pakpattan, Faisalabad, Narowal, and Sargodha. Roads are destroyed due to floodwaters. Hundreds of settlements were flooded. Several dams were washed away. Several hours of rain submerged Sialkot.
