Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has rejected the request for further physical remand of Shah Reez, the son of Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Chairman Imran Khan, and sent him to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
The police presented Shah Reez, the nephew of the founder of PTI, before the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore in the Jinnah House attack case, and the court requested further physical remand of the accused.
The police had requested Shah Reez’s physical remand for further investigation; however, the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore rejected the police’s request for further physical remand and sent Shah Reez to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
