Multan: Floods have entered southern Punjab. A large flood of the Chenab River in Multan is passing through Head Muhammad Wala. After water entered several settlements, rescue teams are shifting people from the affected settlements to safer places.

The water level in the Chenab River in Multan has risen, the police have closed the Head Muhammad Wala road for traffic by installing barriers near the Akbar flood dam, a flood of 490,000 cusecs has reached Head Muhammad Wala, a flood of 800,000 cusecs will pass in Multan today, in case of high water, a crack will be made in the dam, for which all preparations are complete.
