Peshawar/Quetta: Additional IG Balochistan Saeed Wazir has refused to work under newly appointed IG Balochistan Muhammad Tahir.
Muhammad Tahir was recently transferred from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as IG Balochistan.
According to sources, Saeed Wazir has also written a letter to the Chief Secretary of Balochistan in which he has taken the position that the newly appointed IG Balochistan Police Muhammad Tahir is less senior than me, while he has worked under me.
He further said that I recognize his ability and integrity, but I do not consider it appropriate to work under him under the principles of seniority.
In the letter, he demanded that he be given immediate leave and his services be handed over to the Establishment Division, Islamabad.
