Islamabad: High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, while making interesting remarks during the hearing of a case related to appointments in the Bureau of Statistics, said that our High Court rules were made and signed in one night, are you not making appointment rules from people in 5 months?
During the hearing of the case regarding appointments in the Bureau of Statistics, Islamabad High Court Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, while talking to a lawyer, said that it has been 5 months, you have not made appointment rules for people.
The learned judge said that the rules of our High Court were made and signed in one night; the court staff gave you the rules to make and sign in one night.
It should be remembered that on August 5, in the hearing of the petition regarding the recruitment of patwaris to the vacant seats in the federal capital in the Islamabad High Court, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani had made strong remarks and said that the Deputy Commissioner does not know which of his people is corrupt.
He had said that I know which of our judges is corrupt, I know how money is collected in institutions, if they can, they should implement this bribery legally.
