Multan/Bahawalpur: According to the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, Para-Force should take indiscriminate action against encroachments, and strict action should be taken against those who build illegal properties. According to local journalist Allah Wasaya Hashmi, these views were expressed by Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Dr. Farhan Farooq while presiding over a meeting held to review the ongoing campaign against encroachments by the Para Force. Additional Deputy Commissioner General Muhammad Tayyab, Assistant Commissioner Bahawalpur City Khalil Ahmed, Assistant Commissioner Bahawalpur Sadr Qurat-ul-Ain, District Public Prosecutor Nadeem Iqbal Khakwani, SDO Para Force Bahawalpur City Asghar Ali and officers of the district administration and Para Force from various departments attended the meeting, while Assistant Commissioners of other tehsils participated in the meeting through video link. In the meeting, Para Force In-charge Asghar Ali gave a detailed briefing to the Deputy Commissioner regarding the anti-encroachment operation in Bahawalpur city and the internal market. The Deputy Commissioner directed the Para Force officers to continue the anti-encroachment operations according to the vision of the Punjab government. Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Dr. Farhan Farooq directed the performance of the Para Force to further improve and reviewed the overall performance of the Para Force so far and A detailed review of the actions taken and other measures taken as per other government instructions was taken. The Deputy Commissioner issued instructions to the Para Force in the campaign against encroachment, hoarding and illegal occupation of lands and said that the Para Force officers should continue monitoring continuously.
