Sahiwal: The new District Police Officer, Sahiwal Usman Tipu, took charge of his responsibilities. Upon reaching the DPO office, Sahiwal, a well-dressed police contingent presented a salute. Later, he had an introductory meeting with the police officers and staff. On this occasion, he said that it is a matter of pride for me to head the Sahiwal Police. I will use all my energies for the protection of life and property of the people, the rule of law and the provision of justice. With the cooperation of the citizens, Sahiwal will be made a more secure and peaceful district. He expressed his determination that the professional capabilities of the police force will be further improved and the public service system will be made more effective and faster.
