Sahiwal: DPO Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu held open courts in Jamia Rashidiya and 132-9 at Ghala Mandi police station. A large number of citizens participated in them. DPO Sahiwal listened to the problems of the citizens on the spot and issued instructions to the concerned officers for their immediate resolution. DPO Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu, while addressing the participants, said that without public cooperation, it is not possible to eliminate crimes. The public should stay in touch with the police and immediately report any suspicious activity. He gave clear orders to SHO Ghala Mandi police station to take strict action against drug peddlers and directed that the elimination of drugs from the area should be ensured at all costs. DPO Sahiwal issued further instructions that indiscriminate action should be taken against criminal elements, gangs, and their facilitators so that Sahiwal can be made a peaceful and safe city.
