Regional Union of Journalists (RUJ) Pakistan’s train march reached Lahore Railway Station and received a grand welcome.

Lahore: The Regional Union of Journalists (RUJ) Pakistan’s train march, which started from Peshawar, reached Lahore Railway Station after Gujranwala, and was also given a grand welcome by print media officials in Gujranwala.

Journalists from Lahore, Pakpattan, Okara, Deepalpur, Shergarh and surrounding areas welcomed the central leaders by showering flower petals at Lahore Railway Station.
The train march is being led by RUJ Pakistan Central Senior Vice President Tahir Ahmed Shah, Secretary General Abid Mughal, Secretary Information Shahzad Naqvi, and Vice President Central Punjab Mirza Qaiser Farooq. Under the patronage of the President Regional Union of Journalists, Pakistan, Central Punjab, Mian Shah Alam Bodla, Pakpattan officials gave a grand welcome. The train march is being held for the approval of the RUJ’s ten-point charter of demands. The main objective of this peaceful train march is to present the legitimate demands of regional journalists before the federal and provincial governments, highlight their importance, and highlight their rights and identity. Hundreds of regional journalists from Pakpattan, Okara, Depalpur, Shergarh, Lahore, and surrounding areas were present. The train march will leave Lahore for Multan on November 10, and will end in Karachi on November 13 via various cities.
