Sahiwal: MS Teaching Hospital, Dr. Zulfiqar Haider said a series of surprise visits has been started daily in every ward and unit. He said this while speaking during a visit to various wards, the CT scan unit, and the emergency department. He said that while giving a briefing on the facilities available in the hospital and possible aspects of improvement, he said that emphasis has been placed on better care of patients. Dr. Zulfiqar Haider expressed his determination that all resources will be utilized to make Sahiwal Teaching Hospital an exemplary institution. MS Dr. Zulfiqar Haider appreciated the services of Principal Medical College Professor Akhtar Malik. He said that the upgradation of various departments, including emergency, ICU, and diagnostic services, is underway. At the same time, emphasis was placed on ensuring cleanliness, supply of medicines, and availability of 24-hour emergency facilities in the hospital. The educational and medical standards of Sahiwal Medical College and its affiliated teaching hospital will be further enhanced. During a surprise visit to the hospital, the doctors and staff appreciated the leadership of Dr. Zulfiqar Haider and his educational and administrative efforts.
