Sahiwal: Commissioner Sahiwal, Dr. Asif Tufail, and Regional Police Officer Sahiwal, Muhammad Ayaz Saleem, visit Gospel Church Sahiwal. They were accompanied by Commissioner Sahiwal, District Police Officer Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu, and Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal. RPO Sahiwal participated in the Christmas celebrations and also cut a Christmas cake in solidarity with the Christian community. On this occasion, Regional Police Officer and Commissioner Sahiwal Dr. Asif Tufail and Deputy Commissioner, along with DPO Sahiwal Muhammad Usman Tipu, met the esteemed members of the Church Council and wished them a happy Christmas. He said that the protection of minorities and the peaceful conduct of their religious festivals is the top priority of the police. Commissioner Sahiwal Dr. Asif Tufail, and RPO Muhammad Ayaz Saleem issued clear instructions to the concerned officers to ensure foolproof security arrangements during the Christmas celebrations. He said that the police are taking all possible steps to establish interfaith harmony, brotherhood, and peace and order in the Sahiwal region. The members of the Church Council thanked RPO Sahiwal, the district administration, and the police for their visit and expressed satisfaction over the security arrangements.
