London: British-origin Pakistani student Rehab Sheikh has filed a lawsuit against the London School of Economics (LSE) over alleged wrong marks.

Rehab Sheikh states that due to incorrect marks given by the university, she was denied admission to the MPhil program at the University of Cambridge, prompting her to take legal action.

According to her, during the boycott situation in 2023, her thesis was examined by only one reviewer, who gave her 57 marks. Later, after the revision process, her marks were increased to 72.

Rehab Sheikh maintains that this case has been filed to make the university admit its mistake and compensate for the loss caused.

It should be noted that Rehab Sheikh is currently serving in a senior position in the British Ministry.
