Ramadan moon sighted in Saudi Arabia, first fast to be on Wednesday

Jeddah: The Ramadan moon was sighted in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, February 17, and the first fast will be on Wednesday, February 18.
According to the official news agency SPA, the Royal Court said in a statement, “The Saudi Supreme Court has decided that Wednesday, February 18, 2026, is the first fast of Ramadan.”
