Sahiwal: Commissioner Sahiwal Dr. Asif Tufail has said that success in the rapidly changing world depends only on hard work and dedication. Those students who continue their hard work achieve a prominent position in society. He was addressing the ceremony of distributing prizes and certificates among the students who secured prominent positions in the Intermediate Annual Examinations 2025, organized by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal, here at DPS Sahiwal. The ceremony was attended by Director Development and Finance Shafiq Ahmed Dogar, Controller Examinations Dr. Rana Naveed Azmat, Secretary Board Muhammad Fayyaz Saleemi, Principal Punjab College Muhammad Tasif, teachers, parents and a large number of students. Commissioner Dr. Asif Tufail congratulated the position holders and said that this success is the result of the prayers of the parents and the hard work of the teachers, and advised them to continue this journey of education with more enthusiasm and serve the country and nation by becoming doctors, engineers, lawyers and other professionals in the future. During the ceremony, students who showed outstanding performance were awarded cash prizes and certificates of appreciation, while Isha Shafiq, a talented student of DPS College Okara, was also given a special laptop for securing the first position with 1152 marks. Prizes and shields were also given to various position holders in Punjab College. On this occasion, Commissioner Sahiwal reiterated the commitment that the government will continue to provide all possible facilities to talented students so that they can make Pakistan famous at the global level.
