Rawalpindi: A Belgian citizen who came to Pakistan on a tourist visa died in Rawalpindi; the accused could not be traced

Frederick Morris, a 55-year-old Belgian citizen, was issued a 90-day tourist visa by Pakistan in August last year. Upon his arrival in Pakistan, Frederick Morris was residing in Rawalpindi.
On September 30, he was found seriously injured on the back side of the Civil Lines police station area and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital by Rescue 1122.
However, according to Rescue 1122, he could not be revived due to the severity of his injuries and died at the DHQ Hospital in Rawalpindi.
