Dublin: Members of the Irish Football Association have passed a resolution to immediately suspend the Israeli football team from European competitions. The resolution was passed by 74 votes in favor and 7 votes against.
The Irish Football Association has called on UEFA to suspend Israel from international competitions because Israel has seriously violated two key FIFA provisions. According to the association, Israel is consistently violating FIFA’s policy against racial discrimination.
