Protests in various cities of Pakistan over the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei in a US and Israeli attack, demonstrations have begun, the US consulate in Karachi raided, and 12 people have been confirmed dead

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: Protests have taken place in various cities of Pakistan after the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei in a US and Israeli attack.
In Karachi, there were fierce clashes between police and protesters when protesters broke through the outer wall of the US consulate and entered.
According to the French news agency AFP, 12 people were killed in a firing during the protest.
Police in the capital, Islamabad, say that all roads leading to the Red Zone, where diplomatic missions and parliament are located, have been completely closed to traffic and public movement.
There have also been clashes with police as protesters tried to enter the Islamabad Red Zone. The police have also fired tear gas to disperse the protesters.
