Muhammad Abrar Daily Dawn + Dawn TV Report

New Delhi: A former Indian general recently issued a statement warning that Pakistan is still a nuclear power and has enough capacity to withstand a war.

According to media reports, retired Indian Army officer Lieutenant General H.S. Panag described the Pahalgam incident as regrettable and called it the deadliest attack on tourists.

According to the report, General H.S. Panag has stressed the need for Indian authorities to adopt a thoughtful strategy instead of reacting emotionally.

The retired general said that the Indian government should not take hasty decisions based on public sentiment.

He warned that Pakistan is still a nuclear power and has enough capacity to withstand a limited war. “India does not have a major technological advantage in any field, be it missiles, drones or air or sea power, which can allow it to retaliate without any risk.”

Former Indian Lieutenant General H.S. Panag admitted that Pakistan can retaliate, so we should be prepared for it.

It may be recalled that on April 22, 26 tourists were killed in a firing incident in the Muslim-majority region and a popular tourist destination of occupied Kashmir.
