May 9 case: PTI leader, former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, arrested

The arrest warrant was issued in the May 9 case of the former Prime Minister. He was arrested in Samahni, police sources spoke to Daily Dawn, Dawn TV.

Samahni: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Azad Kashmir President and former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, was taken into custody.

According to the police, Abdul Qayyum Niazi had arrived in Samahni to address a rally from where he was taken into custody.

The police said that Abdul Qayyum Niazi was taken into custody before attending the rally.

It should be noted that Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi was the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir from August 4, 2021 to April 14, 2022.

Former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Abdul Qayyum Niazi has been arrested by the police from Samahni area of Bhimber.

Police sources have told Daily Dawn, Dawn TV that an arrest warrant was issued in the May 9 case against former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi.

According to police sources, Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi was arrested from Jandi Chontra in Samahni.

Former Prime Minister Abdul Qayyum Niazi was on a one-day visit to Samahni Bhimber.

It should be noted that Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi served as the 13th Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir from August 4, 2021 to April 14, 2022.
