Total foreign exchange reserves decreased by $19.4956 billion, the State Bank released weekly foreign exchange data

Islamabad: According to the State Bank of Pakistan, total foreign exchange reserves decreased by $111 million last week.
The State Bank released weekly foreign exchange reserves data, according to which a decrease of $111 million was recorded in total foreign exchange reserves during the week ending August 1.
According to the data, total foreign exchange reserves decreased by $19.4956 billion last week.
According to the State Bank, a decrease of $72 million was recorded in the government’s foreign exchange reserves last week, after which the government reserves decreased to $14.23 billion.
Earlier, the volume of government foreign exchange reserves was $14.30 billion.
According to the State Bank, the foreign exchange reserves of commercial banks decreased by $39 million last week, after which the reserves of commercial banks decreased to $5.26 billion.
