PIA’s first flight leaves for the UK after five years with 284 passengers

Islamabad: Pakistan’s national airline, PIA’s first flight after a five-year ban, has left Islamabad for Manchester today.

According to a PIA spokesperson, PIA’s first flight to the UK departed for its destination on Saturday with 284 passengers on board.

According to the statement, ‘The PIA flight was seen off by Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and British High Commissioner Jane Marriott.
