Moscow: Russia has announced the success of the test of its latest and most advanced nuclear-powered cruise missile. Russia claims that this missile is part of a modern weapons program that is almost impossible to stop with any defense system.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a visit to a command center of the Russian forces on Sunday that this missile is part of Russia’s modern weapons program that is considered almost impossible to stop with any future defense system.
According to Russian media, this missile is a nuclear-powered cruise missile, meaning it does not require conventional fuel. Due to this feature, its flight time and distance can be almost unlimited.
During this briefing, President Putin was dressed in military uniform (camouflage). He announced that all major tests of the Borovetsnik have now been completed and that the missile should now begin preparations for the final stage of deployment.
