False results in IELTS, thousands of people issued British visas, demand to deport those with false results.

London: Thousands of immigrants were issued UK visas after 80,000 candidates received false results due to technical and administrative flaws in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Evidence of cheating has also come to light in China, Bangladesh, and Vietnam during the exams. On this issue, the British opposition Conservative Party has demanded that those with false results be deported.

The government has said that the investigation into the case is ongoing and more stringent measures will be taken in the future. It should be noted that about 3.6 million people around the world take the IELTS exam every year.
