Convoys from different districts of Azad Kashmir start reaching Muzaffarabad

Convoys from Jhelum and Neelum Valley have reached the capital, while rallies are continuing from other districts, including Bagh, Poonch, Haveli, Sidhanoti and Kotli

Muzaffarabad: Convoys from different districts of Azad Kashmir have started reaching the capital Muzaffarabad on the call of the Public Action Committee.

The protesters are holding banners and flags in their hands while chanting slogans of “Give the right, give the justice” and are moving towards Muzaffarabad. The protesters say that this struggle will continue until the basic rights of the people are provided and the problems are resolved.

According to the leaders of the Public Action Committee, the march will be peaceful, and it aims to remind the government of the people’s problems and demands. The protesters are raising their voices against inflation, unemployment, load shedding and fair distribution of public resources.

The administration has made strict security arrangements in the capital, Muzaffarabad, with additional personnel deployed on the internal and external routes to prevent any untoward incident.

On the other hand, in all major cities, including the capital of Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, business centers and private institutions are closed, business life is paralyzed, while the Public Action Committee has started a march towards Muzaffarabad with different lions. Before the convoys left for Muzaffarabad, the leaders of the Public Action Committee took an oath from the workers to remain peaceful and announced that they would continue their struggle for their rights while remaining peaceful and would continue the strike and vigil until the demands are approved. On the other hand, the Azad Kashmir government has announced to resolve the issues through talks with the Public Action Committee today. PML-N leader Mushtaq Minhas has also said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will hold talks with the Joint Action Committee immediately after his return. And the issues will be resolved.
