‘Rangers return and mobile services, internet services are restored, Rangers are not called back, the perpetrators of the massacre in Muzaffarabad are not arrested, there will be no negotiations’

Mirpur/Muzaffarabad: Protests that began on Monday in Azad Kashmir continued for the third day on Wednesday, and business centers are closed in all cities and public transport is also suspended.
In addition, private educational institutions are also closed in all districts, while attendance in government offices is negligible.
The Jammu Kashmir Joint Public Action Committee, the platform organizing these protests, announced its next course of action on Tuesday, saying that ‘protesters from all districts will hold a long march towards the capital Muzaffarabad on Wednesday.’
This announcement was made by Public Action Committee leader Shaukat Nawaz Mir while addressing the protesters, and he later released an audio message from his official Facebook page.
Regarding the talks, Shaukat Nawaz Mir has said that ‘until internet and mobile services are restored in the state, the Rangers are not called back, and the perpetrators of the Muzaffarabad massacre are not arrested, there will be no talks with the state.’
