Muzaffarabad: A no-confidence motion has been submitted against the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwarul Haq.
According to Dawn TV, a no-confidence motion was submitted by the members of the assembly of the People’s Party. The no-confidence motion has the signatures of 17 members, while the name of Faisal Rathore has been presented for the new Prime Minister.
Earlier, PPP leader Raja Pervez Ashraf had said that our numbers are complete and we will form the government in Azad Kashmir. Faisal Rathore has experience and will run the government in the best possible way.
On the question of the PML-N joining the government, he said that when we have the numbers, we do not need anyone.
Faisal Mumtaz Rathore is the son of former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Mumtaz Hussain Rathore, while his mother, Begum Farhat Rathore, was a member of the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly and the president of the PPP Women’s Wing.
